Never Stop Splorin' is a picture book series by Cooper Paisley. This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect a grown-up's email address, and only if you give it to us.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for book news.
- The date and time you signed up, which form you used (for example "top of the home page"), and the exact wording of the box you ticked, so we have a record of what you agreed to.
That's all. We don't ask for names, addresses, birthdays or photos, and we don't store your IP address or details about your device with your signup.
Why we collect it
To send you news about the Never Stop Splorin' books: when they arrive on Amazon, the free Sunny coloring page, and the occasional new-book announcement. We won't use your email for anything else.
The signup is for grown-ups
The email list is for parents, guardians, teachers, gift-givers and other grown-ups aged 18 or over. That's why the form asks you to confirm you're a grown-up.
Children's privacy
The books are for children, but this website collects nothing from children. There are no accounts, games, comments, uploads or forms for kids. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the UK and EU). If you think a child has given us an email address, write to hello [at] neverstopsplorin.com and we'll delete it.
No cookies, no tracking, no ads
- This site sets no cookies.
- There are no analytics, tracking pixels, ads or social media widgets.
- Everything on the page, including the fonts, comes from this website. Your browser doesn't contact any other company when you visit.
Like every website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs to keep the site running and protect it from attacks. We don't use them to identify or follow visitors.
Who handles your email
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the signup list in a private database.
- If you email us, Cloudflare forwards your message to our Google (Gmail) inbox, where it is stored.
- Before we send any emails, we'll move the list to an email service (a newsletter provider) and name it on this page. That service will ask you to confirm your address, and every email will have an unsubscribe link.
We never sell, rent or trade your email address, and we don't share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you don't confirm your address when our email service asks, we delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email, or by writing to us.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello [at] neverstopsplorin.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll take care of it promptly.
- If you live in the UK, the EU or Canada, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

When the books come out, this site will link to Amazon. Once you're on Amazon's site, Amazon's own privacy policy applies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
